Ecos Dubai Hotel At Al Furjan

Nice hotel newly built, not far from public transport.

The service was lacking . Check-in was confusing, and I was misinformed about shuttle timings, leading to significant delays. The room had some design issues, such as malfunctioning water temperature controls in the shower and inadequate lighting.

Neat and exceptional room with the kettle, heater, and the pool was excellent. A shower and bath sheets were available there. Location: the hotel was right by the metro station.

The staff were not so good, didn't expect that coming.

All the staff was competent, solved my issues. The hotel's location was particularly good, just next door to the centre and nature. Discovery Gardens district was definitely worth visiting...

The room was super cozy and had a fresh, modern vibe. I loved the heated pool, such a nice touch, especially in the cooler evenings! The breakfast options were on point, just what you need to start your day. Got a little bummed that there wasn't a mini-fridge in the room, though.

Rooftop pool was amazing, and 24-hour reception helped us with quick late checkout. Gym could use more equipment.

The staff were super friendly, especially the front desk who seemed like family. One night, the kids were tired after a long day and we ordered room service. They delivered it fast and the food was surprisingly good!

It wasn't exactly affordable, but honestly, what place is these days? It was acceptable.

The lobby is fine, perfect if you're a coffee lover. My room was clean and cozy, with amazing coffee. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially israae, who really were really nice too assist me. The location is convenient, close to grocery stores for quick snacks.
